• Proficiency in HRMS, e-Office and digital recruitment platforms is required.
• Preference will be given to retired Sr. Officer / Officer (equivalent and above level posts) of Central/State Government/PSUs/Autonomous/Statutory Bodies in the domain of HR & Recruitments.

Pay and Tenure

The Senior Consultant is engaged on a contractual basis at a consolidated pay of Rs.88,000/- per month (all inclusive) for 11 months. The tenure may be extended based on satisfactory performance and institutional requirements. No TA/DA is paid for attending the test or interview.
