Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Law Graduate and registered with Bar Council of India
- Essential qualifications: Law Graduate and registered with Bar Council of India. No involvement in any criminal case and no disciplinary action taken by any authority. Not working elsewhere in honorary or daily wage capacity and not providing legal services in any other court at the time of assuming charge.
- Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates having experience in service related court cases.
- experience: 05 years of experience in legal works and preparing draft petitions for writ petitions as well as adequate knowledge of personnel service and recruitment related rules, procedures.
Salary/Stipend
- Rs. 60000.00 per month (in case of outsourcing, contract charge + GST extra)
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 40 years
- Maximum Age: 55 years

General Information/Instructions
- This appointment is purely temporary and only for 11 months. This period can be extended if the candidate is found suitable and the Commission shall have the right to terminate it at any time without notice.
