1. Educational Qualification
For Male Lifeguard cum Trainer:
- SSC Pass certificate is mandatory
- Must have experience in teaching swimming and all swimming sports activities
- Must possess knowledge of all methods of rescuing drowning persons
- Must know all techniques of artificial respiration and lifesaving procedures
For Female Lifeguard cum Trainer:
- SSC Pass certificate is mandatory
- Must have experience in teaching swimming and all swimming sports activities
- Must possess knowledge of all methods of rescuing drowning persons

Salary/Stipend for VMC Vadodara Lifeguard cum Trainer 2025
The selected candidates will receive the following monthly salary on 11 months contract basis:
For Full Time Employment:
- Male Lifeguard cum Trainer: Rs.20,000/- per month
- Female Lifeguard cum Trainer: Rs.20,000/- per month
For Part Time Employment:
- Male Lifeguard cum Trainer: Rs.10,000/- per month
- Female Lifeguard cum Trainer: Rs.10,000/- per month
Contract Period: 11 months on contract basis
