Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess ME/ M.Tech in Electronic Devices, Nanoelectronics, Microelectronics or equivalent area with at least 60% marks for Post No. 01 & M.Sc. in Chemistry (Physical chemistry specialization and Mathematics in B.Sc.)/ M. Tech with at least 60% marks for Post No. 02 with relevant experience.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview for Post No. 01.
