1. Manager (Naval Arch.): 01 post
2. Senior Manager (Administration): 01 post
3. Senior Manager / Manager (Safety): 01 post
4. Addl. General Manager (HR): 01 post

Age limit: Candidates should possess maximum age limit should not exceeding 36 years for Manager (Naval Arch), upper age limit should not exceed 39 years for Sr. Manager (Administration) post, upper age limit is 42 years for Sr. Manager (Safety) post, upper age limit is 36 years for Manager (Safety) post,, upper age limit is 45 years for Addl. Manager post. Ages are as on 31-01-2013.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates should possess B.E./ B.Tech (Naval Architecture for Manager (Naval Arch.) post, Graduate in any discipline with 02 years regular Post Graduate degree or Diploma in Personnel Mgt and Industrial Relations or Graduate in any discipline with 02 years regular M.B.A./ P.G.D.M in HR/ General Administration  for Sr. Manager (Administration) post, B.E./ B.Tech preferably Mechanical/ Electrical stream or a recognized Degree in Physics or Chemistry or a recognized Diploma from Mechanical/ Electrical stream of Engg for Sr. Manager/ Manager (Safety) post, Graduate in any discipline with 02 years full time Post Graduate or Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or Graduate with 02 years full time M.B.A/ P.G.D.M in HR from a recognized university for Addl. General Manager post.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in interview.
