Age Limit: Candidates’ age limit must be between 21 years and 32 years as on 01-01-2013. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess M.A/M.Sc. in Psychology + M.Phil in Medical & Social Psychology or Clinical Psychology from any Rehabilitation Council of India Recognized Institutions.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay a non-refundable and non-adjustable fee of Rs.200/- through system generated challan at any of the branches of State Bank of India (SBI). Candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe of Odisha and Persons with Disability are exempted from payment of this fee.
Selection Process: The selection of candidates for recruitment to the posts will be made on the basis of career assessment and Viva Voce.

After the successful submission of the online application candidates have to send the hard copy along with gazette attested copies of Age, Caste, Education, Technical, Experience, PWD, Challan and other necessary documents, 02 recent photographs by Registered Post/Speed Post to the Special Secretary, Odisha Public Service Commission, 19, Dr. P.K. Parija Road, Cuttack-753001so as to reach the same in OPSC on or before 24-06-2013.

1. First Candidates have to scan their photo, left hand thumb impression of the candidate and signature.
2. Log on to the website http://www.opsconline.gov.in or http://www.opsc.gov.in from 08-05-2013 to 10-06-2013.
3. Click on the appropriate link to apply online.
4. Before filling the application form read the instructions carefully.
5. Fill the online application form with details and upload the scanned photograph and signature and left thumb impression
6. After filling all the details submit the online application form, a unique registration ID will be generated on the top of the application form.
7. After submission take the print out of the application form and put the signature and send to OPSC along with copies of requisite certificates and documents.
8. After submission of application form, take the printout of Online Challan (Pay-in-Slip) for payment of requisite fee of Rs. 200/- at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI).

As per the notification, the candidate must be able to speak, read and write odia and have passed M.E school examination with odia/passed high school certificate with odia as medium of examination/passed a test in odia in M.E standard conducted by the Department of School and Mass Education in order to apply for the vacancy.
