District Court Faridabad Stenographer Gr III Recruitment 2025 Vacancy Details 

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications: The candidates applying for the posts of Stenographer Gr.III (adhoc basis), should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized University.
• Essential qualifications: He/she should have passed matriculation examination with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject and must have proficiency in operation of Computer.
• Desirable: Not mentioned in PDF.
• Experience: Not mentioned in PDF.

Salary/Stipend

• A consolidated salary of ₹25,500/- per month.

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025)

• Minimum Age: Not less than 18 years as on 01.01.2025.
• Maximum Age: Not more than 42 years of age as on 01.01.2025.
• Age relaxation for reserved posts shall be applicable as per reservation policies framed by Government of Haryana.

Selection Process

• The candidates shall have to pass a test at a speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Shorthand.
• 20 W.P.M. in Transcription of the same.
• Must have proficiency in computers (word processing spread sheets).
• Selection will be made strictly in accordance with amended Rule 7 of the Haryana Subordinate Courts Establishment (Recruitment & General Conditions of Service) Rules, 1997.

General Information/Instructions

• The posts are purely on an adhoc basis for a period of six months or till regular appointments are made by the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, whichever is earlier.
• The number of vacancies may increase or decrease during the selection process without separate intimation.
• Reservation will only be applicable to the candidates of Haryana State having Haryana domicile.
• Candidates of reserved category of other States/U.T. will be considered as General category candidates.
• Incomplete applications or those received after the due date shall be rejected without intimation. Rejection list would be uploaded on the website.
• No TA/DA is admissible to any candidates appearing in stenography test/computer proficiency test.
• Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government departments are required to apply through proper channel.

• Applications shall be made on plain paper affixing a recent passport size photograph.
• The application should mention complete particulars: Name, Father's/Husband's Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Caste, Educational Qualification, Experience, Permanent address, present postal address, Nationality, Contact Number.
• The application form must be submitted along with attested copies of relevant certificates/documents.
• Applications must reach the office of the District and Sessions Judge, District Court Complex, Sector-12 Faridabad, either by registered post or by hand well before the closing date, 09.01.2026 by 05:00 P.M.
• Applications received through e-mail shall not be entertained.
