DMMU Bankura Community Auditor 2025 Vacancy Details
The total number of vacancies for DMMU Bankura Community Auditor Recruitment 2025 is 47 posts. The notification invites applications from Women SHG Members (NRLM fold) under Anandadhara programme of Bankura District for engagement as Community Auditors on honorarium basis. Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary/equivalent examination with Commerce background or be graduates in any stream from a recognized board/university. Candidates should have basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Internet, and this is supported by a computer training certificate where available.
They must also have clear knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting and be willing to learn new skills and knowledge while remaining physically fit.
2. Age Limit
The minimum age is 25 years and the maximum age is 40 years as on 01/12/2025. Age proof must be supported by the admit card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
3. Other Eligibility Conditions
- Must be a woman and an active member of an active SHG under NRLM for at least two years from the date of notice and a resident of Bankura District.
- Must have a member code and be entered in NRLM MIS (LokOS).
- Must be willing to work in villages within and outside the district or state.
- SHG members engaged in any government, government-sponsored (ICDS/ASHA/VRP) or NGO-paid work are not eligible.
- SHG members who are BOD/OB of Sangha Cooperative/Upasangha/Mahasangha or holding PRI portfolio are not eligible.
Age Limit
The prescribed age range for Community Auditor posts is 25 to 40 years as on 01/12/2025. Age must be supported by Madhyamik/equivalent admit card or certificate as proof.
Salary/Stipend
Community Auditors will be engaged on daily honorarium and/or other allowances basis. The remuneration will follow WBSRLM circular no. 1031-PRD-34011/19/2021-SRLM SEC dated 03.07.2025 read with 1604-PRD-34015/5/2019-SRLM SEC dated 18.12.2024.
Selection Process
The selection procedure consists of three stages: written examination, computer test, and interview, with a total of 100 marks. Only candidates who secure the required qualifying marks at each stage proceed to the next step.
- Step I – Written Examination: 80 marks, 90 minutes, 80 MCQ questions: Math (20), Logical Reasoning (10), Accounts & Auditing (30), GK & Current Affairs (20) of Class 10th level.
- Step II – Computer Test: 10 marks.
- Step III – Interview: 10 marks.
Only candidates scoring at least 40 marks (50%) in the written test will be called for the computer test, and only those scoring at least 45 marks (50%) in written plus computer test together will be called for interview.

Candidates must submit their application forms in the dedicated sealed box kept at all BDO offices under Bankura District. Applications sent by registered post, courier, by hand, ordinary post, e-mail or any other mode will not be accepted.
