Pay and Terms of Engagement
Fixed basic pay plus admissible allowances as per ESIC Headquarters norms; transport allowance with DA is also given.
- Initial period of 1 year, extendable up to 3 years total subject to satisfactory performance and institutional requirements.
- Contract terminates upon the joining of a regular faculty or incumbent, or attainment of maximum age limit.
