ESIC Medical College & Hospital SR 2025 Vacancy Details

The total number of vacancies for ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad Senior Resident (Super Specialty Departments) Recruitment 2025 is 50 posts distributed across various super specialty departments.

*Unreserved Senior Residents are currently working against these reserved category posts; interviews for such posts will be held when eligible reserved category candidates appear.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of Walk-in Interview.
• Educational Qualification: As per latest National Medical Commission (NMC/MCI) guidelines.
• Super-specialty Senior Residents: MCh/DM/DrNB/FNB in the concerned super specialty.
• If no eligible super-specialty SR is available, Senior Residents from the concerned parent broad specialty may be considered.
• Updated Medical Registration (NMC/State Medical Council) with all post MBBS/MD/MS qualifications is mandatory; candidates without updated registration must show proof of having applied.

Age Limit

• Upper Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of Walk-in Interview.
• Age Relaxation: As per Government of India norms for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD) as applicable.
• Cut-off Date for Age: Date of Walk-in Interview.

Salary/Stipend

• Post: Senior Resident (Super Specialty Departments).
• Remuneration: Fixed basic pay of Rs. 67,700/- (Level 11) plus other allowances as per ESIC Headquarters Office Memorandum No. Z-11012/51/2022-MED-VI dated 08.12.2022 and subsequent orders.
• Tenure: Initially 1 year, extendable up to 3 years subject to ESIC Hqrs approval and satisfactory performance, willingness, conduct, and institutional requirement.

Selection Process

• Screening through document verification by the Document Verification Committee before interview.
• Selection based on academic credentials and performance in interview conducted by duly constituted selection board.
• Result publication in the “Recruitments” section of the website www.esic.gov.in only.
• Offer of appointment sent via email; selected candidates must join as per instructions in the offer.

How To Apply

• Candidates must report for Walk-in Interview on 04/12/2025 (and subsequently on Thursdays, if required) at Faculty Reading Hall, Academic Block, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad, between 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
• Mandatory offline application: Bring duly filled application form (as attached with advertisement) along with self-attested copies of required documents and checklist for document verification.
• Only candidates whose documents are successfully verified will be allowed to appear before the Interview Board.
• Candidates can apply for multiple posts if eligible, but must submit separate applications, documents, and applicable fees for each post.
• Cut-off date for age, qualification, and eligibility is the date of Walk-in Interview.

• Vacancies are provisional and may increase or decrease depending on patient care requirements; authority may amend or cancel the advertisement without notice.
• Reservation will follow Government of India guidelines; in case of non-availability of reserved category candidates, meritorious candidates may be engaged for 39 days at the discretion of the appointing authority.
• No private practice is allowed after joining as Senior Resident at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad.
• PwD candidates selected will be adjusted against respective category vacancies (UR/SC/ST/OBC/EWS).
• Hostel/quarters may be provided subject to availability; if availed, no HRA will be paid and license fee etc. will be deducted.
• Absence for more than 7 days without prior approval will be treated as voluntary abandonment and lead to automatic termination.
• Candidates must record attendance manually and through Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS).
• All subsequent corrigendum/addendum/updates will only be uploaded on www.esic.gov.in; no TA/DA will be paid for interview or document submission.
