• Only female candidates are eligible for these posts.
• Minimum educational qualification: Intermediate (12th) or its equivalent.
• Candidates with higher qualification up to postgraduate level will also be considered; merit will be prepared based on the maximum qualification held.

A candidate must be a permanent resident of the ward/Gram Sabha where the vacant post exists. If no eligible candidate is available from that Gram Sabha, a permanent resident of the concerned Nyay Panchayat is considered. Only updated residence and caste certificates issued online with digital signature from the Tehsil, and verifiable online, will be accepted. Income certificates must be issued by the competent authority as per UP Government Revenue Department Order No. 3959/1-9-11-Raj-9-9 dated 30 September 2011 (as amended), and must be online-verifiable. For widows, a death certificate and family register copy issued/attested by the Gram Panchayat Adhikari or concerned Nagar Nikay is valid. For divorced/deserted women, a valid court order is required.
