- Doctor(Full Time): MBBS with registration with medical council/medical commission and should undergo training arranged by the MOSJE/NISD within 03 months of joining the IRCA.
- Project Coordinator cum Vocational Counsellor: Graduate with a minimum of 03 years of experience in managing such centres or demonstrable capability for running such centres and having working knowledge of computers.
- Ward Boy: Class 8th pass with experience of working in Hospitals/ Health Care Centers/ De-Addiction Centers.
- Counsellor: Graduate in social sciences preferably in Social Work/ Psychology with 1-2 years of experience in the field. Knowledge of English as well as one regional language is required. Preference will be given to candidates holding a certificate of training course in De-Addiction counseling from a recognized institution.
- Peer Educator: Literate, Ex-drug user with 1-2 years of sobriety, willing to work among drug-using population and having communication skills.
- Cook: Must be able to read and write in Telugu.
- Chowkidar: Must have passed 8th class and must be able to ride a bicycle.
- Housekeeping Work: Must be able to read and write in Telugu.
- Yoga Therapist/ Dance/Music/Art Teacher: Possessing experience of at least 03 years in the discipline.
