Eligibility Criteria for IIT Hyderabad M.Tech 2026
Candidates must meet the following minimum eligibility:

Qualifying Degree: B.E./B.Tech/B.Des/B.Arch/M.Sc/MCA or equivalent (4-year BS also accepted).

Minimum Marks: First Class or minimum 60% marks / 6.0 CGPA (relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates – 10% for OBC, 15% for SC/ST in most cases).
