Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification
- Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in any of the following specializations and evidence of the ability to pursue independent high quality research.
- Specialization: Strategic Management, Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management.
- Experience
- At least 10 years teaching / research / industrial experience of which 5 years should be at the level of Professor.
- OR
- The candidate should have long Administrative / Academic experiences and should have held positions of responsibility including the post of Head/CEO or equivalent position in a reputed industry/organization in the corporate sector. Professors from academia, with adequate experience in top positions in the corporate sector may also apply.
Salary/ Stipend
- Level-14A Pay Matrix: Rs.159100-220200/-
- Minimum basic pay in pay level
- Minimum Gross Emoluments (approx.) including DA/Transport Allowance at the prevailing rate: Rs. 2.57 lakh (approx.)
- Plus other allowances as admissible to the Central Government Employees and additional perks as admissible to Dean under the Institute rules from time to time.

- Minimum requirement of experience may be relaxed in respect of outstanding candidates.
- Degrees referred above should have been awarded by a recognized University / Institute.

- The Institute reserves the right to call for interview only those candidates shortlisted on the basis of their qualification, experience, research and publication records and departmental requirements, interaction in the school, etc.
- The Institute reserves the right to fill or not to fill the post advertised.
- Persons serving in Government/Semi Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies/ Educational Institutions should upload No Objection Certificate (NOC) & Vigilance clearance while applying online failing which such persons shall be required to produce NOC & Vigilance clearance at the time of interview.
- Travel support to the extent of Air fare (economy class) by the shortest route within India by Air India and Institute Guest House facilities free of charge in the campus may be offered to shortlisted candidates for appearing the interview.

- Any dispute with regard to the selection / recruitment process will be subject to Courts having jurisdiction over Kolkata.
