Eligibility Criteria

• Dean of Students: Uniformly good academic record with a Master’s Degree with Minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade in the point scale wherever a grading system is followed
• Finance Officer: Uniformly good academic record with a Master’s Degree in Commerce/ Finance with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade in the point scale wherever a grading system is followed. Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or equivalent professional qualification. OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance.
• Development Officer: Uniformly good academic record with a Master’s Degree with Minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade in the point scale wherever a grading system is followed.
• Deputy Registrar: Uniformly good academic record with a Master’s Degree with Minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade in the point scale wherever a grading system is followed
• Secretary to the Faculty Council for Postgraduate & Undergraduate Studies in Science: Uniformly good academic record with a Master’s Degree with Minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade in the point scale wherever a grading system is followed
• Secretary to the Faculty Council for Postgraduate & Undergraduate Studies in Engineering & Technology: Uniformly good academic record with a Master’s Degree with Minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade in the point scale wherever a grading system is followed.
• Officer of Placement and Training: Uniformly good academic record with a Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Engineering with Minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade in the point scale wherever a grading system is followed.

 Age Limit

• Dean of Students: Age not less than 40 years.
• Finance Officer: Age not less than 40 years.
• Development Officer: Age not less than 35 years
• Deputy Registrar: Age not less than 35 years
• Secretary to the Faculty Council for Postgraduate & Undergraduate Studies in Science: Age not less than 35 years
• Secretary to the Faculty Council for Postgraduate & Undergraduate Studies in Engineering & Technology: Age not less than 35 years
