Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Degree from a recognized university in Mechanical or Production or Power Plant or Metallurgy Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Two years experience in managerial capacity in the design, construction, erection, operation, testing, repair, maintenance or inspection of boilers or in the implementation of the Boiler Act, 1923 (5 of 1923) and rules and regulations framed thereunder.
Salary/ Stipend
- Rs. 56100 - 177500 (Matrix 12)
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2027)
- Minimum 21 years completed but not completed 40 years.
- Relaxation of 5 years in maximum age limit for Scheduled Tribes, so maximum age limit including all relaxations will be 45 years.

Selection Process
- Selection will be based on interview.
- If the number of candidates for the advertised post is less than 500, then based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination, a total of 12 candidates will be invited for interview in the ratio of the total advertised posts 01, provided eligible candidates are available.
- Full marks for interview are 100 and minimum passing marks are 41.
- Final selection will be based on the merit of marks obtained in the interview.
- If the number of candidates for the advertised post is more than 500, a written examination will be conducted.
- Based on the marks obtained in the written examination, candidates 3 times the advertised posts in different categories/sub-categories and candidates with equal marks will be invited for interview.
- Final selection will be based on the merit of the sum of marks obtained in written examination and interview.
- In case of written examination, there will be no minimum passing marks for interview.
General Information / Instructions
- The date of birth mentioned in the 10th (High School) mark sheet will be valid for age calculation. Therefore, candidates should mention the name, father's name and date of birth as mentioned in the said mark sheet in the online application form.
- Applications will be accepted only online. Manual or postal applications will not be accepted.
- Educational qualification and other qualifications like native/local resident, age, caste etc. must be acquired by the last date of online application 9 March 2026.
- If the applicant applies even without fulfilling the mandatory educational qualifications/other qualifications mentioned in the advertisement and if it comes to the notice of the Commission at any stage that the applicant has applied without fulfilling the mandatory educational qualifications/other qualifications, then the applicant can be debarred from the Commission's examinations.
- If the candidate gives wrong/false, erroneous information in the online application form in accordance with the advertisement issued by the Commission or makes more than one application, then on coming to the notice of the Commission at any stage of selection, his/her candidature will be canceled and he/she will be debarred from this examination and other examinations / legal action will be taken. The Commission will have full right. If the Commission asks for any document at any stage of the examination, it will be the responsibility of the candidate to provide them. For this, the candidate will not be able to present any court case.
- The educational qualification / experience / desirable qualification and advertised vacancies reservation classification etc. mentioned for the posts advertised in the published advertisement has been published on the basis of the requisition of the department, in which the Commission has no role. Therefore, the candidates are directed that complaints received in the Commission in this regard will not be accepted. In this regard, the complainant candidates can send their complaint directly to that department.
- Any amendments / instructions provided by the Government from time to time regarding selection / examination will be included in the selection result and the selection result will be declared. No objection in this regard will be valid.
- If the Government makes amendments regarding recruitment rules, age, native resident, employment registration reservation, then after issuing amended information as the case may be, the final selection result will be declared in accordance with the instructions issued by the Government from time to time.
- Even after the publication of the selection result, if any computer error / clerical error comes to notice, the Commission reserves the right to amend the selection result. The list of selected candidates and waiting list and documents of selected candidates will be sent to the concerned departments by the Commission. Appointment process will be done by the concerned departments of the Government. Candidates in the main list / waiting list should not correspond with the Commission regarding appointment.
- After the recruitment advertisements published by the Commission, many candidates submit unnecessary complaints on factless grounds without any evidence / documents through any medium, such complaints will not be accepted.
- The final selection result of the said advertisement will be subject to the final court decision of petition no. SLP 8764/2023, WP5596/2024 and other petitions related to OBC reservation. During the period when petitions related to OBC reservation are pending, the examination / selection result will be issued on the basis of main part 87% and provisional part 13% as per letter no. F 07-46/2021/A.P./One dated 29.09.2022 of General Administration Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
- All necessary information, amendments in reference to the advertisement are made available on the Commission's website www.mppsc.mp.gov.in. Therefore, all candidates should regularly visit the Commission's website and take advantage of the available information. No action will be taken by the Commission regarding emails / correspondence / telephone messages received in this reference.
- The Commission does not maintain educational qualification, caste certificate, native resident certificate and all other documents of the candidates. The Commission only matches the self-attested documents submitted by the candidates with the original documents at the time of interview. All documents of the candidates listed in the final selection result and waiting list are sent to the departments according to the selection list. The work of verification of documents is done by the department before appointment. Therefore, it is not possible to provide information about the candidates' documents by the Commission. Correspondence of any kind in this reference will not be accepted by the Commission. Applications received under the Right to Information in this reference will be transferred to the concerned departments.
- Any unnecessary inquiries of candidates other than the published recruitment advertisement will not be accepted through any medium.
- Necessary information and examination results in reference to the advertisement will be published only on the Commission's website www.mppsc.mp.gov.in. Information can be given by email and SMS on the E-mail Address and mobile number given by the candidate while filling the online application form if necessary. Candidates must mention their E-mail Address and mobile number at the marked place on the online application form for necessary information and keep visiting the Commission's website continuously.
- The Commission's examination and selection system is fair and transparent. There is no possibility of any person defeating this system and benefiting any person. Therefore, if any person claims to benefit directly or through any other means, it is practically impossible. Therefore, do not fall into the trap of such person and immediately provide complete information about that person to the Commission so that appropriate action can be taken against such person. The name and address of the informant will be kept confidential.

- Applications will be accepted only online from 10 February 2026 to 9 March 2026 on www.mponline.gov.in and www.mppsc.mp.gov.in.
- After filling the online application and payment, submit the hard copy with documents to the Commission office by 17 March 2026.
