Eligibility Criteria

• Programme Manager: Graduation degree in any discipline including AYUSH and MBA in Healthcare Management/Human Resource (HR)/ Masters in health/hospital administration/Post Graduation diploma in Hospital & healthcare management (Two years) from AICTE recognized institute.
• Finance Manager: MBA- Finance/M. Com/ICWA/C.A. from AICTE recognized institute or university.
• Consultant (AYUSH Health &Wellness Centre): Degree in Ayush Stream from recognized University/ Institution.
• Consultant Procurement: Post Graduate with minimum 5 years experience in procurement/logistics/supply chain management in reputed institute/ organization or Post Graduate Diploma in Procurement logistics management Or Diploma in Health/ Hospital Administration.
• Consultant HR: MBA(HR)/ PGDBM(HR), minimum two years duration from recognized university/ Institution.
• District Program Manager (Ayush): Graduation degree in any discipline including AYUSH or MBA in Healthcare Management/ Masters in health/ hospital administration/ Post Graduation diploma in Hospital & healthcare management (Two years) from AICTE recognized institute with minimum 3 years working experience in Public health programme.
• Data Entry Operator (Ayush): Graduation in Computer Application/ IT/ Business Administration/ B.Tech (C.S) or (I.T)/BCA/ BBA/ BSC – IT/ Graduation with one year diploma/ certificate course in computer science from recognized institute or University.
• Medical Officer(Ayurvedic)/ Resident Medical Officer (Ayurvedic): BAMS degree from a recognized institute.

 Age Limit

• Open Category (UR): 40 Years
• OBC/ MOВС Category: 43 Years
• SC/ST(P)/ST(H) Category: 45 Years
• PWD Category: 50 Years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Salary

• Programme Manager: 68,750.00
• Finance Manager: 50,000
• Consultant (AYUSH Health &Wellness Centre): 50,000
• Consultant Procurement: 50,000.00 with provision of annual enhancement of 05% based on satisfactory performance to be decided by the performance assessment committee of AYUSH.
• Consultant HR: 50,000.00 with provision of annual enhancement of 05% based on satisfactory performance to be decided by the performance lassessment committee of AYUSH.
• District Program Manager (Ayush): 40,000/- Subject to yearly increment based on performance.
• Data Entry Operator (Ayush): 20,000/- Subject to yearly increment based on performance
• Medical Officer(Ayurvedic)/ Resident Medical Officer (Ayurvedic): 50,000.00

Selection Process

• Selection process shall be notified in the official website of the Directorate of National Ayush Mission, Assam https://ayush.assam.gov.in/nhm.assam.gov.in. in due course of time along with the list of provisionally shortlisted candidates.
• The candidates are advised to visit the website accordingly.
• No separate individual call letter for interview/ selection test will be sent.

• Online applications are invited from the candidates willing to work in mission mode for engagement on contractual basis in the following positions of 50 bedded Ayurvedic Hospital of Dudhnoi, Goalpara and 50 bedded Ayurvedic Hospital of Sri Ram Chapori, Majuli District under National Ayush Mission (NAM), Assam.
