Contractual appointment will be for 1 year initially, renewable based on performance review by the Principal and School Management Committee.
- Either party may terminate the contract with 3 months' prior notice or 3 months' salary in lieu thereof.
- The School Management Committee may terminate without prior notice upon completion of the contract period.
- Contractual employees will NOT be entitled to pension, death benefit, or any other benefit available to regular government employees.
- No claim for regularisation or permanent employment will be entertained.
- Salary will be a fixed monthly lump sum only; no annual increment, DA, HRA, or other allowances.
- The appointment is purely temporary; there is no claim to equivalent government service posts.
