Eligibility Criteria
- Center Administrator: Any woman having a Masters in Law/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Science/ Psychology with at least 5 years experience of working on women related relevant domains in an administrative set-up with a Government or Non-Government project/program and preferably with at least 1 year experience of counseling. Preferably resident of the local community.
- Case Worker: Any woman having a Bachelor in Law/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Social science/ Psychology with at least 3 years experience of working on women related relevant domains in Government or Non-Government project/program. Resident of the local community preferred.
- Multipurpose Worker/Cook: Literate with knowledge/experience of working in the relevant domain. High School pass or equivalent preferred.
- Security Guard/ Night Guardर्ड: Passed 8th from recognized board with at least 2 years experience of working as security personnel in government or reputed organization at district/state level. Preferably retired military/Para-military personnel.
Salary/ Stipend
- Centre Administrator: Rs. 31450 per month (lump sum)
- Case Worker: Rs 18420 per month (lump sum)
- Multipurpose Worker/Cook: Rs 11720 per month (lump sum)
- Security Guard/Night Guard: Rs 11360 per month (Lump sum)
- Only one-time service fee will be payable. No other salary allowances or ex-gratia grant will be payable.
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 35 Years
- The maximum age limit with relaxation shall not exceed 45 years (as per the instructions of Chhattisgarh Government)

Selection Process
- Evaluation of applications will be done on a scoring system (Educational Qualification 60 marks, Experience 10 marks, Bonus 10 marks - Total 80 marks)
- Call for walk-in-interview/skill test in the ratio of 1:5 or 1:10 based on merit
- Walk-in-Interview/Skill Test 20 Marks
- Knowledge of local language/dialect is essential
- In case of equal marks, preference will be given on the basis of age seniority.
- Final selection by the District Collector
General Information / Instructions
- Must be a native of Chhattisgarh (residence certificate required)
- Attach caste certificate for reserved category
- Police background verification and medical examination are mandatory before appointment.
- Affidavit to maintain confidentiality is required.
- Those who marry before the minimum marriageable age are disqualified.
- First appointment for a maximum period of 02 years, followed by 01-01 year extension possible.
- The appointment is temporary and is terminable without assigning any reason.
- Experience certificate with full time and salary proof is mandatory
