1. Navigational Assistant Grade II: 26 Posts
2. Technician (Electronics): 04 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age should not less than 18 years and should not more than 27 years as on 28-02-2014. Age relaxation is 05 years for SC/ ST and 03 years for OBC candidates.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess diploma in Electronics or Telecommunication or Electronics & Communication or Electrical and Electronics for Post 1 and diploma in Electronics Engg or Electronics & Communication Engg or Electrical and Electronics or combination for Post 2 from a recognised university.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Written exam, Skill test/ Interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their duly filled applications in prescribed format as per Annexure-1 on a good quality A4 size paper along with affixed photograph and self-attested copies of documents/ certificates mentioned in notification, in an envelope superscribed with “Application for the post of Navigational Assistant Grade II” or “Application for the post of Technician (Electronics) (As per the post applied), Centralized Employment Notice No. 01/2014, Community (UR/SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-SM)” , by speed or registered post to The Director, Directorate of Light houses & Lightships, ‘Deep Bhavan’, M.G. Road, Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai 400077 (Maharashtra) on or before 28-02-2014 by 17.00 hrs.

As per the notification candidates possessing Higher qualification are also eligible to apply Navigational Assistant Grade II and Technician (Electronics)in DGLL Mumbai, but no extra waitage will be given.
