Age Limit: Candidates maximum age should be 35 years for men and 40 years for women for post-1 to 3, 35 years for post-4. Age relaxation is applicable by 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ ST/Women candidates as per GOI/ ICAR rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have PG Degree in Division of Plant Physiology/ Genetics/ Botany/ Biochemistry or relevant Biological Sciences with 4/ 5 years of Bachelor degree or Integrated (B.Tech + M.Tech 5 years) in relevant subjects with 3 years Bachelor Degree and UGC -NET/ CSIR -NET/ MHRD -GATE qualification or equivalent for post-1, 3, Master Degree in Agril. Biochemistry, Genetics/ Plant Breeding/ Biotechnology/ Plant Molecular Biology/ Botany/ Plant Informatics/ Equivalent degree for post-2, Master degree in Microbiology/ Biotechnology or M. Tech Biotechnology with 4/ 5 years of Bachelor degree or PG degree in Basic Science with 3 years Bachelor degree and 2 years Master degree with qualified NET or GATE for post-4.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.
