- Engagement is for the position of Passenger Service Agent (Trainee) at Dr Bhupen Hazarika Airport, Dibrugarh.
- Candidates will be sourced through Aviation Training Institutes/colleges, which will provide a list of candidates with details such as name, age, qualifications and contact details for screening purposes.
- Suitable candidates will be shortlisted for the position of Passenger Service Agent as a trainee based on personal interviews.
- PSAs should have the ability to work in all shift patterns, including night shifts.
- Job profile includes passenger handling functions in Terminal, Ramp and Cargo areas, including check-in, ticketing and reservation, baggage handling, aircraft loading/offloading, cabin dressing, cargo manifesting and handling, load and trim function, and pre and post flight documentation.
- Job responsibilities also include passenger document verification, reservation management, customer service, arrival and boarding management, and VIP guest handling.
Salary/Stipend
- The position carries a monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000/-.
- The on-the-job training will be for an initial period of 11 months.

General Information/Instructions
- AI Airport Services Limited (AIASL) is offering on-the-job training for Passenger Service Agent (Trainee) at Dr Bhupen Hazarika Airport, Dibrugarh.
- The training focuses on passenger handling functions in Terminal, Ramp and Cargo areas.
- AIASL operates under the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MOCA) and provides unified Ground Handling services including Ramp, Passenger, Baggage, Cargo Handling and Cabin Cleaning.
- AIASL provides Ground Handling services at over 82+ airports across India to Indian Scheduled Airlines, domestic cargo airlines, foreign scheduled airlines, seasonal charter airlines and foreign airlines availing APEDA Perishable Cargo handling, apart from non-scheduled handling.
- PSAs will work 6 days a week in a 3-shift pattern (including night shifts) with one paid weekly off and holidays.
- The weekly off is paid only if the PSA has been present for the previous six days of the week.
- PSAs will be eligible for 1 leave per month during the tenure of their engagement.
