Eligibility Criteria
- All educational professional and technical qualifications should be from a recognized Board/University/Institution and full-time.
- Experience requirement specified is post-qualification experience.
Post-wise Qualifications:
- Medical Officer (03 Posts):
- Essential: (1) MBBS Degree from an institution recognized by MCI/NMC; (2) Valid registration with state medical council/NMC.
- Desirable: PG diploma in Family Medicine/Community health; 1-3 years experience in public health settings; Proficiency in English, Punjabi, Hindi.
- Paramedical Staff (02 Posts):
- Essential: (1) DMLT/Diploma in Radiography/BSc or equivalent graduation from a recognized institute; (2) Registration with paramedical council (if applicable).
- Desirable: Experience in POCT equipment; Exposure to MMUs; Proficiency in Punjabi.
- Liason Officer (02 Posts):
- Essential: Master of Public Health or Social Work (MSW) Or Graduation degree in Social Work or Equivalent degree.
- Desirable: Experience in rural health outreach; Familiarity with telemedicine; Knowledge of local dialects; Proficiency in Punjabi; Computer skills.
- Staff Nurse-III (03 Posts):
- Essential: (1) GNM or B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution; (2) Must be registered with state nursing council.
- Desirable: Experience in community outreach; Basic knowledge of telemedicine; Proficiency in Punjabi; Computer skills.
Salary/Stipend
- The salary is a consolidated sum with HRA, without any other benefits.
- Medical Officer: ₹73,700/- per month.
- Paramedical Staff: ₹30,800/- per month.
- Liason Officer: ₹30,800/- per month.
- Staff Nurse-III: ₹30,800/- per month.
Age Limit (as on 18-12-2025)
- The maximum age limit is 40 years for all posts.

General Information/Instructions
- The posts are purely temporary for a specific project duration (1 year initially), co-terminus with the project.
- Selected candidates have no right to claim permanent employment under AIIMS Bathinda or the funding agency (HMEL).
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview, including for SC/ST candidates.
- Candidates must bring all original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies at the time of the interview.
