Eligibility Criteria
- Scientist-D: Master’s Degree from a recognized University or institute in any of the disciplines specified in Schedule I; or Bachelor’s Degree (minimum four-year degree course) from a recognized University or institute in any of the disciplines specified in Schedule II
- Scientist-C: Master’s Degree from a recognized University or institute in any of the disciplines specified in Schedule I; Or Bachelor’s Degree (minimum four-year degree course) from a recognized University or institute in any of the disciplines specified in Schedule II.
Age Limit
- Scientist-C Age Limit: shall not exceed 35 Years
- Scientist-D Age limit: shall not exceed 40 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

- Scientist-D: Level-12 in Pay Matrix (Rs.78800-209200)
- Scientist-C: Level-11 in Pay Matrix (Rs.67700-208700)

Selection Process
- The CVs of the applicants would be examined by the competent committees for screening of candidates to be called for interview and selection shall be based on suitability and availability of better candidate, keeping in view of the requirement and objective of the ANRF.

- ompleted applications in the prescribed proforma only should be sent to the Director, Anusandhan National Research Foundation, 4 th Floor, Block-II, Technology Bhawan, New Mehrauli Road, New Delhi-110016 by Speed Post in a cover superscribed “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF SCIENTIST-D/SCIENTIST-C, (as the case may be)” within 45 days of the publication of the advertisement in Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar by 5.30 PM.
- 60 days for those in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub Division of Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep) from the date of publication of this advertisement in Employment News (English Edition) i.e. the last date of the week in which it is published.
- Applications received after the closing date or received incomplete in any respect are liable to be summarily rejected. ANRF shall not be responsible for any delay on the part of postal department for delivery of applications even if posted before the last date.
