Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must be a citizen of India
- Minimum age 18 years
- Valid & active registration in Uttarakhand Employment Exchange as on 23.12.2025 is mandatory
- For EAT: 3 years Diploma in Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- For Technician ‘C’: SSLC + ITI + 1 year apprenticeship (NAC) in Electronic Mechanic / Fitter / Machinist
- Minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/PwBD) in qualifying exam for General/OBC/EWS candidates
Age Limit (as on 01-12-2025)
- Maximum Age for General/EWS: 28 Years
- Age Relaxation:
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD (minimum 40% disability): 10 years (additional relaxation over SC/ST/OBC)
Salary/Stipend
- Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT):
- During 6 months training: Stipend ₹24,000/- per month
- After successful training: ₹24,500 – 3% – ₹90,000 + admissible allowances
- Technician ‘C’: ₹21,500 – 3% – ₹82,000 + admissible allowances
