- Or retired General Manager/Group General Manager from PSUs under Govt. of India in Biotechnology, Technical, International Project Management, or other relevant domains
- More than 25 years of experience
- Maximum age 65 years as on closing date
Salary/Stipend
- Monthly fee fixed as Last Pay Drawn at Superannuation minus pension (for retired employees)
- No annual increment or percentage increase during the contract
- Fixed Transport Allowance for commuting, not exceeding previously applicable rate
- Lump sum Transport Allowance if no previous rule existed
