Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be retired, qualified and experienced professionals engaged on fixed term contract basis at Tandur Cement Factory.
- For Supervisor Pyro Section (Production Dept): B.Sc (Chemistry) or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- For Supervisor Pyro Section: Minimum 20 years experience in cement manufacturing or any heavy industry with operational knowledge of Pyro, Kiln and Cement Mill.
- For Shift Operation (Instrument Dept.): ITI, Diploma or B.Tech in Instrument Engineering.
- For Shift Operation: Minimum 2 years experience in cement manufacturing industry in Instrument Department.
- Candidates should be medically fit and must submit medical certificate at time of joining; later, medical examination will follow CCI standards.

- Supervisor Pyro Section (Production Dept): Maximum 62 years.
- Shift Operation (Instrument Dept): Maximum 55 years.

Selection Process
- Selection of candidates will be based on a walk-in interview.
- The walk-in interview will be held at CCI Ltd., Tandur Cement Factory, Karankote Village, Tandur Mandal, Vikarabad District, Telangana - 501158.
- Candidates should report to the venue at 10:00 AM on the interview day for registration.
- Shortlisted candidates after interview will undergo document verification and medical examination as per CCI standards.

Instructions
- Contract Period: For Supervisor Pyro Section (Sl. No. 1) – One year or till attaining the age of 62 years, based on performance and requirement of the Corporation.
- Contract Period: For Shift Operation (Instrument Dept.) (Sl. No. 2) – Initially three years, extendable by one more year based on performance and requirement.
- Accommodation may be provided in township at nominal rent and electricity charges, subject to availability, to attend duties in shifts and emergencies.
- Selected candidates will be entitled to 1 day paid leave per month during engagement.
- Reservation will be as per Government of India guidelines.
- Maternity leave will be as per Government of India rules.
- Canvassing in any form will lead to rejection of candidature.
- Accommodation and TA/DA will not be provided for attending the interview; TA/DA or conveyance may be paid only for official outstation or local duty after selection as per Corporation rules.
- Selected candidates will be paid on lump-sum basis and will not be eligible for ESI and EPF benefits from employer side.
- Selected candidates must obtain accidental/medical insurance policy at their own cost before joining and submit a copy.
- Engagement is purely on fixed term basis; Management reserves the right to reject any candidature, including for incomplete information.
- Engagement of candidates from Government/PSU will be subject to vigilance clearance.
