Eligibility Criteria

Project Manager Position

• Essential Qualification: BE/B-Tech or equivalent degree with First class (60% or equivalent CGPA) OR Post Graduate degree in Science/Computer Application or relevant domain with First Class (60% or equivalent CGPA) OR ME/M.Tech or equivalent degree OR Ph.D. in relevant discipline
• Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 9 years of post-qualification relevant experience
• Qualification Source: All qualifications must be from AICTE/UGC approved/recognized University/Deemed University/Institutes
• CGPA/Percentage Conversion: If CGPA/OGPA or letter grades awarded, equivalent percentage should be provided with university certificate

Senior Project Engineer Position

• Essential Qualification: BE/B-Tech or equivalent degree with First class (60% or equivalent CGPA) OR Post Graduate degree in Science/Computer Application or relevant domain with First Class (60% or equivalent CGPA) OR ME/M.Tech or equivalent degree OR Ph.D. in relevant discipline
• Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience
• Qualification Source: All qualifications must be from AICTE/UGC approved/recognized University/Deemed University/Institutes
• Recognized Institutions: Courses from autonomous institutions should be equivalent to those recognized by AIU/UGC/AICTE

Age Limit

• Project Manager Position: Maximum 56 years as on 30-11-2025
• Senior Project Engineer Position: Maximum 40 years as on 30-11-2025
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS Candidates: Eligible for age relaxation as per Government of India norms applicable to C-DAC
• Government Employees & C-DAC Internal Candidates: Eligible for 5 years age relaxation in addition to other applicable relaxations
• Ex-servicemen & Physically Challenged: Eligible for age relaxation as per Government of India norms

Salary/Stipend

• Project Manager CTC: Minimum ₹17.52 lakhs per annum (based on post-qualification relevant experience as per C-DAC norms)
• Senior Project Engineer CTC: Minimum ₹10.12 lakhs per annum (based on post-qualification relevant experience as per C-DAC norms)
• CTC Inclusions: Medical reimbursement, Provident Fund (PF), Canteen subsidy, Leave encashment, Gratuity, and other benefits
• Higher Pay: C-DAC reserves right to offer higher starting pay to candidates with higher qualification or certifications (PMP, CISSP, etc.)
• Pay Determination: Final salary offered at C-DAC discretion based on qualifications, experience, and performance

Application Fee

• Application Fee: No Application Fee required
• TA/DA: No Travel Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) provided for attending walk-in interview

How to Apply

• Download the blank application form from C-DAC website
• Fill the application form completely and legibly
• Affix latest passport-size photograph (color) on application form
• Ensure validity of email ID and mobile number throughout the selection process
• Appear for walk-in interview on the specified date between 10 AM to 12 Noon (Registration timings: 9 AM to 12 Noon)
• Carry duly filled application form with photograph to the venue
• Appear for only one position as per suitability
• Read and understand all eligibility parameters before appearing for interview

Documents Required

• Original Certificates: Qualification degree certificates, mark sheets of 10th, 12th, Graduation, Post-Graduation along with consolidated mark sheets and degrees
• Age Proof: Age proof document (Birth Certificate, School Certificate, Passport)
• Identity Proof: PAN Card or Aadhar Card or Passport
• Work Experience Certificates: Experience certificates from first to last company, offer letters, experience certificates from previous employers, latest salary slip and I-card from current employment
• Caste Certificates: SC/ST/OBC certificates (if applicable) issued by competent authority in prescribed format
• OBC Certificate Clause: Must specifically contain the clause that candidate does not belong to creamy layer
• Income & Asset Certificate: Required for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates
• No Objection Certificate (NOC): Candidates working in Central/State Government, Autonomous Bodies, or PSUs must produce NOC from parent organization
• CGPA to Percentage Certificate: University/Institute certificate converting CGPA/OGPA/letter grades to percentage (if applicable)
• Photocopy Set: Complete set of photocopied documents for documentation

Instructions to Candidates

• Read General Terms and Conditions carefully before appearing for walk-in interview
• Candidates who applied for any C-DAC Noida position in past six months are not eligible
• Appear against only one position based on suitability and expertise
• Read all eligibility parameters carefully and ensure complete eligibility before appearing
• Maintain valid and active email ID and mobile number throughout selection process
• Bring complete application form with latest photograph affixed
• Bring original certificates and photocopy set of all required documents
• C-DAC internal candidates must have completed at least 2 years' service in existing position before applying
• C-DAC internal employees cannot apply for the same post in same centre
• Do not carry mobile phones or any gadgets during interview
• Visit C-DAC website regularly for updates, notices, corrigendum, or extensions
• Canvassing in any form is disqualification for selection
• No candidate will be allowed to interview without proper documents

Selection Process

• Initial screening based on academic credentials, experience profile, and resume parameters
• Only screened-in candidates will be called for further selection process
• Shortlisted candidates will undergo walk-in interview
• Selection based on academic credentials, experience profile, interview performance, and other parameters as deemed fit by management
• Candidates screened-in will be notified for interview date and time
• Management reserves right to change/modify selection process at discretion
• Decision of management will be final and binding
• Management reserves right to increase minimum eligibility criteria if applications exceed expectations
• Technical knowledge and professional skills will be evaluated during interview
