Eligibility Criteria
Ophthalmic Assistant: Passed Higher Secondary or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Must have a two years diploma in Paramedical Ophthalmic Assistants Course OR A two years Diploma Course in Optometry & Ophthalmic technique recognised by the Govt. of West Bengal.
Ophthalmic Assistant Preferential: One year training after acquiring Diploma in Optometry recognized by the Govt. Of WB, in any Govt. Hospital or in a Clinical Establishment Licensed under the West Bengal Clinical Establishment Act. 1950 and rules made thereafter. Preferences to be given to candidates who have passed from RIO and other Govt. Hospitals with Govt. stipends.
Dental Surgeon: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) from institutions recognized by Dental Council of India. Valid registration with the West Bengal Dental Council. At least 2 years of working experience in a Govt./Private Hospital or any Institutional set up like recognised Nursing Home/ Multispecialty Private Clinic/Corporate Polyclinic including the period of House staff ship (if any)
Dental Assistant: Matriculation from recognized board. Essential experience in a Dental College/Clinic: 01 Yr. Desirable experience in a Dental College/Clinic: 02yrs and above.
Staff Nurse- NUHM: Completed GNM training course from an Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council/ West Bengal Nursing Council. OR The candidate should have completed B.Sc. Nursing Course. Must be registered under West Bengal Nursing Council. Candidate should have proficiency in local language
Medical Officer – NUHM: MBBS from a MCI Recognised Institute with 1 year Compulsory Internship. Must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council. Updated registration Certificate from West Bengal Medical Council. FMG mark sheet, who have passed out from Universities outside India.
Staff Nurse- XVFC: Completed GNM training course from an Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council/ West Bengal Nursing Council. OR The candidate should have completed B.Sc. Nursing Course. Psychiatric Social Worker: Master of Social Work (MSW) from any recognized institution. M. Phil in Psychiatric Social Work of 2 (Two) years duration from any recognized institution. Minimum 1 (one) year experience from any recognized institution.
Laboratory Technician: (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. 2 years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from any institute recognized by Govt. of WB/Diploma in Laboratory Technology(DLT) from STM. Or BMLT from any institute recognized by Govt. of WB. Desirable Experience in handling Cell Counter and HPLC machines.
Block Data Manager: Graduate from any recognized university and have completed at least 1 year Diploma in Computer Application from any Govt Registered Institution. Working Knowledge of Computer with operating knowledge of MS Word, MS excel, MS Power Point, MS Access And Internet. Minimum 3 years Experience in Govt Sector or 5 year's Experience in Private sector in data recording and data Analysis.

Working Experience will be calculated as the period from the date obtaining the required qualifications (for the specific mentioned positions) till the last date of online submission. In Experience certificate, period of work done actually should be mentioned clearly otherwise, it will be rejected. Designation of authority issuing experience certificate must be clear and legible. Only joining report will not be treated as an experience certificate.
