Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualifications: B.Arch graduate from a Govt. recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE / UGC
- Desirable: Possession of M.Arch
- Essential Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification executive experience in major infrastructure projects (Metro Rail, Railways, etc.) or large-scale mixed-use development
- Experience Required: Design & development of Metro stations, property development integration, architectural & interior design, landscape, TOD principles, sustainable design, coordination with consultants & departments, proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, etc.
Salary
- Consolidated Pay: Rs.1,45,000/- per month
- Higher remuneration possible based on experience & performance
- Additional Benefits: Medical & Personal Accident Insurance, Life Insurance, Mobile reimbursement, other allowances as per CMRL policy
- Possibility of absorption into IDA Pay Scale after 2 years of satisfactory service
