Eligibility Criteria
- Specialist Grade – I & II: As detailed in Annexure-I & Annexure-II of the official notification (MD/DNB/DM/MCh in concerned specialty with required post-PG experience).
- Principal (Nursing)/Nursing Superintendent: MSc Nursing from a recognized University/Institution with registration of the Statutory body + 15 years experience out of which 8 years should be teaching experience with minimum 5 years in collegiate programme and minimum 5 years of administrative experience in any comprehensive cancer center/Medical Institution of repute.
- Desirable (Nursing): Ph.D (Nursing) + Ability to use Computers (Hands on experience in office applications, spreadsheets and presentations).
Age Limit (as on 31-12-2025)
- Specialist Grade – I: Not exceeding 50 years
- Specialist Grade – II: Not exceeding 45 years
- Principal (Nursing)/Nursing Superintendent: Not exceeding 45 years
- Age relaxation permissible as per Government of India norms.
Salary/Stipend
- Specialist Grade – I: Pay Level-13 (₹1,23,100 – 2,15,900) + NPA and other applicable allowances
- Specialist Grade – II: Pay Level-11 (₹67,700 – 2,08,700) + NPA and other applicable allowances
- Principal (Nursing)/Nursing Superintendent: Pay Level-11 (₹67,700 – 2,08,700) and other applicable allowances
