Eligibility Criteria
Immediate Absorption Basis: This recruitment is only for candidates currently working in Central Government / State Government / PSU / Other Government organizations on regular basis.
1. Senior Manager (Finance & Accounts) - E-4 Grade
Essential Qualification: Graduate with CA (Chartered Accountant) from ICAI or CMA (Cost Management Accountant) from ICMAI with valid membership.
Experience: Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience AND currently working in IDA pay scale ₹70,000-2,00,000 / Pay Matrix Level 11 (7th CPC) or above, OR minimum 2 years experience in lower IDA pay scale ₹60,000-1,80,000 / Pay Matrix Level 10 (7th CPC).
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 12-03-2026
2. Manager (Finance & Accounts) - E-3 Grade (2 Posts)
Essential Qualification: Graduate with CA (Chartered Accountant) from ICAI or CMA (Cost Management Accountant) from ICMAI with valid membership.
Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience AND currently working in IDA pay scale ₹60,000-1,80,000 / Pay Matrix Level 10 (7th CPC) or above, OR minimum 2 years experience in lower IDA pay scale ₹50,000-1,60,000 / Pay Matrix Level 9 (7th CPC).

3. Manager (Finance & Accounts/Compliance) - E-3 Grade (1 Post)
Essential Qualification: Graduate with CS (Company Secretary) from ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) with valid membership.
Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience AND currently working in IDA pay scale ₹60,000-1,80,000 / Pay Matrix Level 10 (7th CPC) or above, OR minimum 2 years experience in lower IDA pay scale ₹50,000-1,60,000 / Pay Matrix Level 9 (7th CPC).
Age Limit: Maximum 37 years as on 12-03-2026
4. Junior Officer (Finance & Accounts) - S-2 Grade (1 Post)
Essential Qualification: Graduate with CA Intermediate from ICAI or CMA Intermediate from ICMAI.
Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience AND currently working in IDA pay scale ₹44,000-1,53,000 / Pay Matrix Level 7 (7th CPC) or above, OR minimum 2 years experience in lower IDA pay scale ₹40,000-1,36,000 / Pay Matrix Level 6 (7th CPC).
Age Limit: Maximum 37 years as on 12-03-2026
Important Notes:
- Post/pay-scale held on temporary, contract, adhoc, deputation, non-functional upgradation, or MACP financial upgradation basis shall not be considered for eligibility.
- All qualifications must be recognized by Government of India.
- All qualifications must be from Universities/Institutions recognized by AICTE/UGC/appropriate statutory authority of Government of India.
- Candidates on deputation to other organizations must satisfy eligibility conditions based on parent organization.

Selection Process
The selection process for CONCOR Recruitment 2026 will be based on the following:
- Shortlisting: Only candidates fulfilling all eligibility criteria will be shortlisted. In case of large number of eligible applicants, CONCOR reserves the right to shortlist limited candidates based on relevant qualifications, additional professional qualifications, experience, and achievements.

- Performance Assessment: Assessment based on APARs (Annual Performance Appraisal Reports) for the preceding three years.
- Weightage Criteria: Weightage will be given to APAR ratings, experience profile, additional professional qualifications, and personality traits as per extant policy.
