- B.E/B.Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electronics and Electrical Engineering
- M.Sc in Physics/Electronics/Microwave or equivalent
Project Assistant-I (Post Code 3364):
- SSC/10th Plus ITI with experience in Circuit Assembling, PCB Design, Soldering, Board design, Equipment Management
Project Associate-I (Post Code 3365):
- Four years B.Tech/B.E in Electronics/ECE/Electrical/Electronics and Electronics
- M.Sc in Electronics or equivalent
- Preferrable: Experience in Integrated Circuit Design Flow, Hardware Accelerators, HDL Modeling, EDA Tools
Project Associate-II (Post Code 3366):
- Four years B.Tech/B.E in Electronics/ECE/Electrical/Electronics and Electronics
- M.Sc in Electronics or equivalent
- Essential: Two years in R&D/Industry/Academic Institutions/Scientific activities
- Desirable: M.Tech/M.E in VLSI Design
Senior Project Associate (Post Code 3367):
- Four years Bachelor's in Natural/Agricultural Sciences OR Master's in Natural/Agricultural Sciences
- BVSC/BPharm OR Bachelor's in Engineering/Technology/Medicine
- Master's in Engineering/Technology OR Doctoral Degree in Science/Engineering/Technology/Pharma/MD/Master of Surgery
