Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech. in CSE, ECE, EEE, E&I or equivalent OR M.Sc. Tech in Electronics/Instrumentation or equivalent from a recognized university
- Maximum age: 25 years as on 26/11/2025 (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/PH/Female and 3 years for OBC)
- Only freshers with at least provisional certificate or consolidated mark sheet are eligible
- Applicants who have completed 6/7 years as project staff in CSIR are not eligible
Salary/Stipend
- Rs. 31,000 + HRA per month (for NET/GATE or National Level Exam qualified)
- Rs. 25,000 + HRA per month (for others)
- Initially for six months

- Maximum 25 years
- Relaxable by 5 years (SC/ST/PH/Female), 3 years (OBC)
