Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications & Essential qualifications:
- Protection Officer (IC): Post Graduate degree in Social Work/Sociology/Child Development/Human Rights/Public Administration/Psychology/Psychiatry/Law/Public Health/Community Resource Management from a recognized University. OR Graduate in the same fields with 2 years experience. Proficiency in Computer is required.
- Counsellor: Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Public Health/Counselling or PG Diploma in Counselling and Communication. Proficiency in Computers is required.
- Accountant: Graduate in commerce/mathematics degree. Computer skills and command on Tally is required.
- Outreach Worker (ORW): 12th Passed from a recognized Board/Equivalent Board. Good communication skills.

Selection Process
- Selection will be conducted by a District Level Selection Committee.
- Applications will be scrutinized for completeness and meeting required criteria.
- Final decisions will be made after verification of educational qualifications, extra qualifications, and experience certificates.
- Candidates found to submit false certificates will be penalized.
- Experience proof requires attached photocopies of relevant bank passbooks with highlighted salary/honorarium entries for that period.
General Information/Instructions
- The appointments are purely contractual and do not confer any right to permanent government service.
- Initial appointment is for one year and can be renewed based on satisfactory performance and requirement.
- Appointees must be local residents of Jharkhand, following the definition and identification process of local residents as per government resolution.
- The position is non-transferable.
- One month's notice or salary is required from either side for contract termination.
