Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized University
• Passed matriculation examination with Hindi as one of the subject
• Proficiency in operation of Computers

Salary/ Stipend

• Consolidated pay of Rs. 25,500/- per month

Age Limit (as on 31 January 2026)

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Upper age limit: In accordance with the latest instructions of the Haryana Government
• Relaxation for DSC/OSC, Backward Class-A and B of Haryana State and persons already in Government employment as per Haryana Government rules

Selection Process

• Stenographer Grade-III: English Shorthand Test at 80 w.p.m. and Transcription at 20 w.p.m. on Computer + Qualifying Computer Proficiency Test
• Clerk: Written Examination (English Composition and General Knowledge - 50 marks each) + Qualifying Computer Typing Test in English at 30 w.p.m.

General Information / Instructions

• Posts are on adhoc basis initially for six months or till regular appointments are made, whichever is earlier
• Separate application required for each post
• Incomplete applications, without photograph or attested certificates, or received after due date will be rejected
• No separate call letters will be issued; candidates must check website and notice board
• No TA/DA will be paid
• Number of vacancies may increase or decrease
