Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: Applicant shall have passed Middle Standard Examination from recognized Board and possess knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi.
Salary/ Stipend
- Consolidated pay of ₹16,900/- per month (being the initial pay scale of a regular Peon).
- Purely on ad hoc basis for a period of six months or till the regular appointments are made by the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh, whichever is earlier.
Age Limit (as on 01-02-2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 42 years
- Age relaxation for reserved posts shall be applicable as per reservation policies framed by the Government of Haryana from time to time and adopted by the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh.

Selection Process
- The selection for the aforesaid posts shall be made strictly in accordance with Rule 7 of Haryana Subordinate Courts Establishment (Recruitment and General Conditions of Service), Rules, 1997 (amended from time to time).
- Schedule of interview shall be uploaded in due course on the website.
General Information/ Instructions
- Reservation shall be applicable only to candidates who are domiciled in the State of Haryana.
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories of other States/Union Territories shall be treated as candidates of the 'General Category'.
- In the event of non-availability of a suitable candidate in a 'reserved category', the reserved post shall be filled from among suitable candidates available in the 'unreserved category'.
- Applications must be submitted on plain paper with latest passport-size photograph affixed.
- Self-attested photocopies of educational documents and certificates in support of claimed reserved category, experience, etc., must be attached.
- No change of category shall be permitted after submission.
- Incomplete, unsigned applications or applications without requisite documents shall be rejected.
- List of eligible/ineligible candidates and interview schedule will be uploaded on the website only (no separate intimation).
- Candidates must bring original testimonials and proof of identity at the time of interview.
- Candidature can be cancelled if found ineligible at any stage.
