Eligibility Criteria
- Basic qualification, work experience, and other terms as per ECHS norms

- Contractual tenure: 1 year for ESM, 11 months for civilians (renewable based on performance)

- Pharmacist/Nursing Assistant: Rs. 36,500 per month
- DEO/Clerk: Rs. 29,200 per month
