Knowledge of ICT / Computer Literacy Fundamentals of computer system; basic OS; MS Office; keyboard shortcuts; abbreviations; computer networks; cyber-security; internet usage

Tier-II: Subject Knowledge Exam:

PGT (Post-Graduate Teacher) Domain Knowledge (Subject Specific) Subject-specific knowledge in one’s discipline (e.g., English, Physics, Commerce etc) plus pedagogy, case-study, experiential methods.
TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) Domain Knowledge / Subject Specific Subject-specific topics depending on subject (e.g., Social Science → History, Geography, Civics etc) 
Non-Teaching Staff Job Specific Subjects For posts like Accountant, JSA, Lab Attendant, Hostel Warden: topics include (for example) accounting & finance rules, clerical & administrative knowledge, computer operation, office procedures.

Tier-III – Personal Interview:

Component Focus Areas
Interaction & HR Round Communication skills; motives & aspirations; awareness of the role (post applied for)
Subject / Role Based Discussion For teaching posts: subject pedagogy, teaching philosophy, classroom scenarios; For non-teaching: job-role awareness, administrative/technical understanding
