ESIC MCH Faridabad Senior Resident Recruitment 2025 Vacancy Details

*Note: For posts marked with (*), unreserved Senior Residents are currently working against reserved category posts; interview for these posts will be conducted only when suitable reserved category candidates appear.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age limit: Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of Walk-in Interview.
• Educational qualifications: As per latest NMC/MCI guidelines for Senior Residents and Super-specialty Senior Residents (MCh/DM/DrNB/FNB) in respective Super-specialty departments.
• In case of non-availability of Super-specialty SRs, Senior Residents from the concerned parent broad specialties (MD/MS/DNB in relevant discipline) will be considered.
• All candidates must have updated Medical Registration (NMC/State Medical Council) covering all post-MBBS/MD/MS qualifications; those without updated registration must show proof of having applied at the time of interview and submit updated registration before joining.
• Candidates working in Govt./Autonomous/Statutory Institutions should preferably produce NOC at interview; if not available, proof of having applied for NOC and an undertaking must be submitted.
• PwD candidates selected under PwD quota will be adjusted against respective category (UR/SC/ST/OBC/EWS) vacancies as per rules.

Age Limit (as on date of Walk-in Interview)

• Maximum age: Not exceeding 45 years on the date of Walk-in Interview.
• Cut-off date for determining age, educational qualification and other eligibility criteria is the date of Walk-in Interview itself.

Application Fee

• Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Salary/Stipend

• Post: Senior Resident (Super Speciality Departments).
• Remuneration: Fixed Basic Pay Rs. 67,700/- (Level-11) plus other allowances as per ESIC Headquarters Office Memorandum No. Z-11012/51/2022-MED-VI dated 08.12.2022 and subsequent orders.
• Senior Residents will not receive PF, pension, gratuity, medical allowance, medical benefits, seniority or promotion benefits from this contractual engagement.

Selection Process

• Selection will be made on the basis of academic credentials and performance in interview conducted by a duly constituted Selection Board.
• Candidates must first undergo document verification; only those whose documents are successfully verified will be allowed to appear before the Interview Board.
• Result will be published only in the Recruitment section of www.esic.gov.in and offer of appointment will be sent through e-mail only.
• Opportunity of interview is provisional, subject to detailed scrutiny of eligibility; wrong declarations or false information can lead to cancellation of candidature at any stage.
• The Dean, ESIC MCH Faridabad reserves the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment process at any stage without notice.
• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview or for submission of any documents.

How To Apply

• This recruitment is through Walk-in Interview; candidates must report for document verification and interview on scheduled dates.
• Candidates must bring a completed offline application form (attached with the advertisement) along with self-attested copies of required documents and the checklist at the time of document verification.
• Separate application and applicable fee must be submitted for each post if applying for multiple departments.
• Required documents (self-attested copies) to be produced with originals for verification:
  • Class 10th certificate for Date of Birth.
  • All mark sheets, attempt certificates and degree certificates of MBBS.
  • All mark sheets, attempt certificates and degree certificates of MD/MS/DNB/other relevant examinations.
  • Valid EWS/OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD certificate in Central Govt. format, wherever applicable; otherwise candidate will be treated as UR.
  • Updated NMC/State Medical Council Registration Certificate.
  • Experience certificates.
  • Recent passport size photograph.
  • Relieving/NOC from previous/current employer, if applicable.
  • Aadhaar Card.
• Only candidates whose documents are verified successfully will be permitted to appear in the interview on the same day.

Instructions

• Vacancies are provisional and may increase or decrease based on actual patient care requirements; Competent Authority can amend, cancel or change the advertisement wholly or partly without notice.
• Reservation will be as per Government of India guidelines; in case reserved category candidates are not available, meritorious candidates may be offered engagement for 39 days at the discretion of Appointing Authority.
• No private practice in any capacity is allowed after joining as Senior Resident at ESIC MCH Faridabad.
• Contract tenure is initially 1 year, extendable up to 3 years subject to ESIC HQ approval, satisfactory performance, conduct, willingness and institutional requirement; contract may terminate on joining of bonded SR on same post.
• Services can be terminated at any time in public interest without prior notice; for resignation, one month’s notice or salary in lieu is required, failing which one month salary and security deposit may be forfeited and legal action may be initiated.
• Senior Residents are not entitled to PF, pension, gratuity, medical allowance, medical benefits, seniority, promotion or similar service benefits from this contractual post.
• Hostel/quarters may be provided subject to availability; if availed, no HRA will be payable and license fee/other amounts in lieu of HRA will be deducted as per rules.
• Unauthorised absence for more than 7 days without prior approval will be treated as voluntary abandonment and will result in automatic termination; attendance must be marked both manually and via Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS).
• Candidates must regularly visit www.esic.gov.in for all corrigendum/addendum/updates; no separate individual communication will be issued apart from email offers and website notices.
