ESIC Medical College Jaipur Teaching Faculty Recruitment 2025 Vacancy Details 

Eligibility Criteria

• Engagement of Teaching Faculty is on contractual basis (including Army retired medical teachers) for ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
• Academic qualification and teaching/research experience for all posts (Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor) are as per NMC Gazette notification dated 30.06.2025.
• Age limit for all categories: Not exceeding 67 years as on date of walk-in-interview.
• Candidates must ascertain their eligibility as per NMC Gazette notification dated 30.06.2025 to appear for the interview.
• Superannuated AFMS Medical Teachers must submit an Equivalent Teaching Experience Certificate issued by DGAFMS for retired Army Medical Teachers at the time of the interview.

Salary/Stipend

• Professor: Pay Level 13 as per 7th CPC with basic pay ₹ 1,23,100.00; salary and other allowances include NPA@20% (wherever applicable & admissible), DA@55%, HRA@20%, TA@₹ 7200.
• Associate Professor: Pay Level 12 as per 7th CPC with basic pay ₹ 78,800.00; salary and other allowances include NPA@20% (wherever applicable & admissible), DA@55%, HRA@20%, TA@₹ 7200.
• Assistant Professor: Pay Level 11 as per 7th CPC with basic pay ₹ 67,700.00; salary and other allowances include NPA@20% (wherever applicable & admissible), DA@55%, HRA@20%, TA@₹ 7200.
• The amount of remuneration will be revised automatically whenever there is revision in the rate of Dearness Allowance, effective from the date of notification of Government orders; arrears of pay & allowances shall not be admissible for any rate revision with retrospective effect.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: Not exceeding 67 years as on the date of walk-in-interview.

Application Fee

• SC/ST/PWD, Female candidates & Ex-servicemen: NIL.
• All other categories: ₹ 225/-.
• Mode of payment: Demand draft of ₹ 225/- (as applicable) in favour of "ESI Fund A/c No. 1" drawn on any scheduled bank, payable at Jaipur, to be submitted along with the application form.
• Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Only demand drafts drawn on any scheduled bank will be accepted; application fee paid by any other mode will not be accepted.
• The demand draft must be issued after the date of this advertisement.

Selection Process

• The selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in the interview before the selection board.
• The result will be displayed on the website.
• Selected candidates will have to join immediately after receiving the offer of appointment.
• Number of vacancies is provisional and may increase or decrease depending on actual requirement.

• These posts are purely contractual and may be terminated on either side with one month's notice; selection does not confer the right of confirmation or continuation, as these posts are to be filled by selection and appointment of regular candidates.

• ESIC reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage at its discretion; such decision will be binding on all concerned.
• Candidates eligible for a higher post (Professor/Associate Professor) may be interviewed for a lower post (Associate Professor/Assistant Professor), and if selected, may be considered for placement with suitable upgradation of the lower post for the tenure or till appointment of regular incumbent, as per relevant ESIC HQRS office memoranda.

• All candidates have to report with duly filled proforma as annexed in the notification, along with testimonials as desired.
• Venue of Interview: Dean Office, 2nd Floor, ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur.
• Applications should be submitted on the day of the interview along with required testimonials in the prescribed format only.
• Candidates must attach two recent passport-size photographs with the application form.
• Candidates must attach self-attested copies of certificates and testimonials in support of age (Date of Birth), educational qualifications, experience, research papers, publications, Pension Payment Order (PPO) etc., and produce originals at the time of interview.
• Candidates claiming EWS reservation must attach Income and Asset certificate as per DoPT letter No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated 31.01.2019.
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates must attach caste certificate; OBC & EWS certificates must be as per Central Government format and not more than one year old at the time of interview.
• Registration Certificate issued by DMC must be attached for Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor posts.
• Superannuated AFMS Medical Teachers must submit Equivalent Teaching Experience Certificate issued by DGAFMS for retired Army Medical Teachers at the time of interview.
• Relieving/No Objection Certificate (NOC) from previous/current employer must be produced, if applicable.
