- Assistant Director
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience OR
- Master’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with 3 years experience
- Knowledge of Konkani
- Lecturer (Instrumentation & Control)
- 1st Class Master’s Degree OR 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology
- Knowledge of Konkani
Desirable Qualification
- Assistant Director: Doctorate, Experience in waste management, Knowledge of GIS/Remote Sensing, Knowledge of Marathi
- Lecturer: Knowledge of Marathi

- Lecturer (Instrumentation & Control): Pay Matrix Level-9A
Age Limit
- Not exceeding 45 years (relaxable as per Goa Government rules)
