HAL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Overview

Eligibility Criteria

• Engineering Graduate Apprentice: 4 Years B. Tech/B.E. from any Recognized Board/University in concerned Branches
• Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentice: 3 Years Degree from any Recognized Board/University in concerned Branches, 3 Years Degree with English subject from any Recognized Board/University in concerned Branches
• Diploma Apprentice: 3 Years Diploma in any Recognized Board/University in concerned Branches
• Technician (Non-Technical Diploma Apprentice): General Nursing Midwifery, 2 Years Diploma in MOM& SP from any Recognized Board/ University

 Age Limit (as on 31/10/225)

• Maximum Age limit: 26 Years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Salary

• Stipend will be paid to the Apprentices as per rule per month or as revised by the BOAT, Kanpur. The period of Apprenticeship Training will be One Year only.
• The selected candidate will have to execute a Contract for the period of training as per Apprentices Act.
• After completion of Apprenticeship Training, the Apprenticeship Contracts will be closed and there will be No obligation on the part of HAL to offer any employment.

Selection Process

• The Selection for Engagement of Apprentices will be based on 100% Merit basis, taking into consideration 100% Weightage of Total Aggregate Marks secured in the Engineering/General Stream Graduate/Technical Diploma /Diploma in MOM&SP Examination
• Reservation will be applied as per Apprentices Act- 1961.
• The Notification is available on HAL, Korwa LAN/WAN/Notice Boards and has been hosted at Careers Section in the HAL website www.hal-india.co.in.
• The list of Provisionally Selected Candidates will be available in HAL, Korwa LAN/WAN/Notice Boards and hosted at Careers Section in the HAL website www.hal-india.co.in.

How to Apply

• The applicants are advised to register to get the Registration Number in the portal; www.nats.education.gov.in and must indicate the Registration Number in Application Form.
• Fill the Google Application Form very carefully. ‘Incomplete & Wrongly Filled’ Application Form are liable to be rejected
• The dependents (Children & Spouse only) of the Serving /Retired /Deceased Employees of HAL is required to attach in Google Application Form the details of Employee, duly certified by the Concerned HR Officer of respective division in the attached Format.
• Incomplete Application Form or Application Form sent in any other mode than Google Application Form will not be accepted.
• The last date for sending application form through Google Application Form is 31/10/2025. The Google Application Form submitted after 31/10/2025 will not be accepted.
• Candidate who have completed/ resigned/ terminated/ undergoing Apprentice Training from any organization or registered under Apprentices Act are not eligible for selection process
