Eligibility Criteria
- All individuals preferably honorably retired Bank officer with experience of handling credit and having worked in rural/semi-urban/Urban area.
- He should be able to work independently and should have computer knowledge, especially of programme like MS Word, Power Point and Excel and should be able to operate internet.
- Knowledge of the local language.
- His age on the date of engagement should not be more than 62 years.

- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Salary
- Counselor will be paid Rs. 25000 - fixed monthly remuneration.
- Counselor will be paid for on location programmes, a sum of Rs.300/- per camp subject to maximum of Rs. 1500/- per month.
