Eligibility Criteria
- Essential: Master's degree in Vegetable Science/ Horticulture/Genetics/Plant Breeding/ Biotechnology with 4/5 years bachelor's degree. Those with 3 years bachelor's degree must have UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET qualification or equivalent or Ph.D. in any above disciplines.
- Desirable: Experience in use of molecular markers and proficiency in computer skills.
Age Limit
- Maximum age 35 years for SRF (age relaxation of five years for SC/ST & women and three years for OBC)
Salary/Stipend
- Rs. 37,000/- + 30% HRA

- Candidate may register their candidature from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m. only on 15 December, 2025
- All eligible candidates are advised to be present at least 30 minutes before scheduled time on the date and time of interview for completing necessary formalities.
- The candidate should bring bio-data, original certificates, one set of self-attested Photocopies of Certificates, Experience Certificates if any, NOC from employer, if employed, and a latest passport size Photograph at the time of Interview.

Instructions
- The above position is purely temporary and contractual basis will be filled in on Contractual and co-terminal basis.
- The number of advertised posts could be increase/decreased as per requirement of the Institute.
- There is no provision of re-employment.
- No TA/DA will be paid to any candidate for attending the interview.
- Canvassing in any form will lead to cancellation of candidature.
- The decision of the Head, ICAR-IARI, Regional Station, Pune would be final and binding in all respects.
- The selected candidate shall have no right/claim for regular appointment at this Institute, as the engagement is co-terminus with the Project.
