Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Ph.D. with 1st class or equivalent OR M.Tech. 1st class OR M.Sc./MS(R) or equivalent + 6 years experience for Principal Project Scientist. B.Tech./M.Sc./MCA/PG in relevant discipline with 1st class or equivalent for Project Scientist.
- Desirable: Hands-on experience in programming, data pipelines, and AI model deployment. Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and conversational AI systems. Knowledge of IVRS (Interactive Voice Response) systems, especially AI-based response automation. Exposure to NLP, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech technologies. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) or edge AI for Principal Project Scientist. Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages. Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI models, and AI-based chatbots. Understanding of data collection, cleaning, and model evaluation pipelines. Exposure to NLP frameworks and AI model fine-tuning for Project Scientist.

General Information/Instructions
- Appointment shall be on contractual basis with consolidated pay, renewable yearly or upto the duration of the project, whichever is earlier.
- 5% relaxation of marks may be granted to the SC/ST Candidates. In case of selection of a retired/superannuated government employee, his/her salary will be fixed as per prevailing IRD norms.
