- Essential Qualification: Masters / Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical engineering or allied branches, Atmospheric science, and remote sensing. Qualified GATE or equivalent National level examination score in the relevant branches
- Desirable: Prior experience in Code development, Fundamentals of radiative heat transfer
