Eligibility Criteria
- For Junior Research Fellow: Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Eng in Water/Environment/Economics/Public Policy/ Management/ Development Studies /related areas with first class and GATE/CSIR- UGC NET/CSIR-UGC LS/INSPIRE
- For Project Associate: Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Eng in Water/Environment/Public Policy/Development/related areas.
- For RA Position: Ph.D. degree or having 3 years of research, teaching, and design and policy experience after ME/M.Tech. with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal in relevant field
Salary/ Stipend
- For Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 37,000 + HRA as per DST rule
- For Project Associate: Rs. 31,000 + HRA for candidates who have qualified UGC-NET including lecturership (Assistant Professorship) or GATE HSS or similar examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions. Candidates who have not qualified for the above conditions are entitled to a fellowship of Rs. 25,000 + HRA. The category will be decided/recommended by the selection committee based on the qualification/Experience/Performance in the interview of the candidate
- For RA Position: Research Associate-I Rs. 58,000/- Research Associate-II Rs. 61,000/- Research Associate-III Rs. 67,000/- The category will be decided/recommended by the selection committee based on the qualification /Experience /Performance in the interview of the candidate.

Selection Process
- Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated by email for an interview.
- The decision of the selection committee will be final.
- If the number of shortlisted candidates called for the interview is large, the selection committee may decide to restrict the number of candidates for the interview to a reasonable limit after considering qualifications and experience over and above the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
General Information / Instructions
- No TA/DA will be provided to the candidate for the interview.
- The PI shall not be responsible for email delay if any, or any other reason for nonreceipt of the document at the specified time and will result in disqualification/rejection of the application.
- The appointment of the candidate will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Institute/ funding agency particularly applicable to the said project as and when required.
- The selected candidate will have to join duty immediately on receipt of the offer.
- The fellowship may be terminated with a 30-day notice before completion of the tenure if performance till date is not deemed satisfactory.
