Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech. (or equivalent) with valid GATE score OR M.Tech. (or equivalent) with GATE qualification in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
- All through 60% marks (or CGPA 6.5) and above from Matriculation onwards
- Selected through CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE OR National level exams conducted by DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.
- Desired: Experience/good knowledge in Analog Mixed Signal Integrated Circuit (IC) Design
Salary/Stipend
- Consolidated Compensation: Upto ₹37,000/- per month (depending on qualification & experience)
- HRA as per institute rules
- Tenure: 24 months or till termination of project, whichever is earlier
Age Limit (as on 09-12-2025)
- Upper Age Limit: 28 years
- Relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped/Visually Handicapped and female applicants
