Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, with a strong foundation in distributed systems and cryptography.
- 10+ years in software or distributed systems architecture, with at least 5 years designing and implementing blockchain solutions, preferably in regulated or large-scale public sector environments.
- Deep understanding of consensus algorithms (PoS, PBFT, Raft, Tendermint) and their suitability for sovereign, auditable networks.
- Expertise in cryptography (hashing, signatures, zk-SNARKs, threshold/MPC) for privacy-preserving identity and consent management.
- Experience with token economics, asset lifecycle modelling, and designing for interoperability and bridging risks.
- Familiarity with verifiable credentials, decentralised identifiers (DID), and agent-to-agent protocol frameworks.
